The shipping costs depend on the order value and the shipping country. The tables below show the different arrangements.

* Express orders received by 2pm will be shipped the same business day. Please note that express shipments in Germany will not be delivered on Saturdays.

** If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, further duties, taxes or fees may be payable by the customer, but not to the supplier, but to the local customs or tax authorities. The customer is advised to check with the customs or tax authorities for details before placing the order.

Package status

With the shipment notification you will receive The tracking number for your package. Via the Parcels App page you can check the current status of your shipment at any time.

Return & Exchange

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs incurred, by reshipping back to the buyer in case of an exchange, will again be borne by William Walker.

The package may be returned using a shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend shipping as an insured package with tracking number. Please send the package to the following address:

In order to ensure a quick processing of your return or exchange, please include the official return form with your order number, your name and an info if you want a refund or exchange.

Additional information for returns from a non-EU country

Please note that returns from a non-EU country must be declared as a return. If, due to incorrect labeling, acceptance of the return is only possible against payment of a fee, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance or to deduct the costs incurred from the refund amount.

Each leather is and ages quite individually, because leather is a natural product. Fine deviations in terms of color and texture is quite normal. This unique behavior underlines the natural origin of leather.

Even though leather products age individually over time and tell their own story, proper care is absolutely recommended for the longest possible life expectancy.

For the cleaning of the leather a cloth moistened with water in combination with proper rubbing is sufficient. Afterwards, a dry cloth should be used to absorb any remaining moisture. For cleaning the inside of the treat bag, proper tapping and occasional cleaning with a damp cloth is sufficient.

ImportantThe treat bag should not be treated with harsh detergents, nor exposed to intensive contact with water, such as bathing or swimming. For optimal protection against water stains and dirt, we recommend treatment with our impregnation spray Protect.
