Simply return the goods to us unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt to receive a refund of the purchase price. To process your return, you must register your return via our returns portal. To do this, visit the following page: https://return.williamwalker.de/portal
You can either use the returns portal to obtain a return label from us for a fee or send the parcel back with a shipping service provider of your choice. We recommend shipping as an insured parcel with tracking number with DHL, UPS or GLS to the following address:

To ensure that your return can be allocated, be sure to enclose your delivery bill with your order. As soon as we have received your return, it will be processed within 14 days. The information sheet on the returns policy can be downloaded here
Please note that returns from a non-EU country must be declared as returns. If, due to incorrect labeling, the return can only be accepted against payment of a fee, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance or to deduct the costs incurred from the refund amount.

Our partner MyOrderGate will send you an email with a link that you can use to register your return. Registration is mandatory, otherwise we will not be able to re-import your parcel back to Germany. You can find more information at here.
For large parcels (delivered to you by DHL Express):
For shipments delivered by DHL Express, please register your return via the William Walker returns portal. You can find the corresponding access at: https://return.williamwalker.de/portal
The following costs are incurred for the provision of the return label, which will be deducted from the refund:
Parcels up to 2 kg: CHF 20.00
Parcelsover 2 kg: CHF 30.00
Note:
The returns portal is automatically selected based on the delivery company that delivered your parcel - it is not possible for you to make a free choice. This means that even if you only want to return part of your order (e.g. just one collar), the rule for the entire parcel applies, which, if it was delivered by DHL Express, for example, leads to the use of the William Walker portal. You will also find an information sheet in each parcel containing all further information about the returns process.
If you would prefer a different size or a different product, you can also register the exchange conveniently via our returns portal. Simply select the desired replacement item there. Any discount from your original order will be automatically transferred to the new item. If the new item is more expensive, you will receive an invoice for the price difference. If it is cheaper, the difference will be credited to you. The new item will be sent as soon as we have received and checked your return.
