Package status
With the shipment notification you will receive The tracking number for your package. Via the Parcels App page you can check the current status of your shipment at any time.
Return & Exchange
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs incurred, by reshipping back to the buyer in case of an exchange, will again be borne by William Walker.
The package may be returned using a shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend shipping as an insured package with tracking number. Please send the package to the following address:

Additional information for returns from a non-EU country
Please note that returns from a non-EU country must be declared as a return. If, due to incorrect labeling, acceptance of the return is only possible against payment of a fee, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance or to deduct the costs incurred from the refund amount.
All components of Serve can be easily cleaned with hot water and the stainless steel bowls are dishwasher safe.

Serve instead of just feeding. With the brand new Serve feeding station, dog food and drinking water are smartly and tastefully served. Das Gestell der Serve Futterstation besteht aus 100% pulverbeschichtetem Stahl. The result is a feeding station of great stability and maximum resistance to any effects of dirt and moisture.
Probably the quietest feeding station ever
Serve is probably the quietest invention since feeding stations have been around: Two matching stainless steel bowls can be inserted into the respective fixtures of the feeding station absolutely noiselessly thanks to an integrated silicone ring. The feet of the Serve feeding station is also equipped with removable silicone caps. These prevent rattling and shuffling on all surfaces, protect the sensitive ears of the four-legged friend and leave the floor spotless.
