Measure your dog's neck circumference and choose the size based on the matching range. When in doubt, go for the larger size.
XXS (17.5-21.5 cm), XS (20.5-27.5 cm), S (26-33 cm), M (33-39 cm), L (37-45 cm), XL (44-53 cm), XXL (50-60 cm).
Martingale collar
The size (30-70) refers to the total length, not the neck circumference. Measure the neck (two fingers should fit between the neck and the tape measure) and then choose:
30 cm → 22-26 cm | 35 → 26-30 | 40 → 28-34 | 45 → 33-39 | 50 → 39-45 | 55 → 42-48 | 60 → 47-53 | 65 → 52-58 | 70 → 56-62 cm.
The collar tightens as it is put on, up to the set stop. When in doubt, choose the larger size.

Available in 20 mm (for collar sizes S-XXL) and 15 mm (lighter, for XXS-XS).
Two carabiners, several rings, infinitely adjustable slider. Fixed lengths 1.2 m and 1.6 m, individually adjustable between 1.6 m and 2.3 m, total length 2.5 m. For walks and hands-free use.
Round leash
250 cm, infinitely adjustable via brass fittings, can also be worn across the body.
Three thicknesses: XS (4 mm, small dogs), M (8 mm, medium-sized), XL (12 mm, large).
The length is the same throughout, only the leather thickness varies. When in doubt, choose the thicker one.

For a straightforward and smooth return, we have set up a returns portal at return.williamwalker.de for you. There you can obtain a prepaid DHL return label for a fee. The fee will be automatically deducted from your refund amount. Alternatively, you can also send your return back using a shipping provider of your choice. In this case, the fee does not apply.
Exchange:
If you would prefer a different size or a different product, you can also register the exchange conveniently via our returns portal. Simply select the desired replacement item there. Any discount from your original order will be automatically transferred to the new item. If the new item is more expensive, you will receive an invoice for the price difference. If it is cheaper, the difference will be credited to you. The new item will be shipped as soon as your return has been received and checked by us.
